Our accommodation in Azzurro 2 e Verde Double Room - Nea Potidaia exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony to the sea was amazing. Seeing and hearing the sea 24 hours a day was a dream come true. A very quiet place. You only hear the sea and the chirping of swallows. The well-kept green space offers a touch of freshness and comfort. Very good idea! It's "azzurro e verde"! The beach is 5 meters in front of the villa and the water is clear and calm and very safe. You don't need swimming shoes at the entrance to the water, like in other beaches. Only if you want. It is a very cozy room and stylish. Also, the bathroom. All was very clean and comfortable, and new. The bright white soft sheets and towels was a pleasure. In addition, the room is equipped with everything necessary to cook on vacation, including a spacious refrigerator. Our host, Stelios, was very hospitable, attentive to our needs and provided us with useful information about the best places to visit in Kassandra. We appreciated also the gifts offered (cold white wine and ouzo). Thank you, Stelios! We recommend this place to anyone who wants to get out of the routine and relax completely. You will not regret the choice!

First of all i want to thank the dear host Stelios and his mother. The rooms has amazing view. Furnitures are new. The beach is just front of the villa. If you have kid/kids I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for slience and peace this place is right choose.

Very new, stylish apartment. Friendly and caring owner, front view at the sea. Very good tavern German in 1 km

The area is like a bit abandoned village. The beach is small and with a lot of seaweed, no shadows at all, and the umbrella we had was in a bad condition. We had a front sea view, but the direct view was at the incomplete construction. The apartment is too small for more than 2 persons, just too little space for the belongings.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in a small town, making it perfect for rest and complete relaxation. Markets, bakery, stores are all nearby. The property is nicely arranged, clean, and well-equipped — we had everything we needed for our 7-night stay. The host makes sure that the space is clean throughout the stay — towels and bed linen were changed, and the apartment was cleaned during our visit. The view is stunning, truly indescribable, and the beach is located right below the balcony. The host is extremely friendly and available 24/7.

The location is close to the sea and you literally stay in bed and listen to sea waves. It’s super healthy and relaxing! The host is super friendly. Clean bed sheets and towels.

Location & Apartment: Nestled in the charming Nea Potidaia, Azzurro e Verde offers a breathtaking sea view from its east-facing balcony. The apartment itself is modern and well-appointed, with a comfortable living room (complete with a cozy pull-out couch) and a spacious bedroom upstairs. Everything felt brand new and high-quality, making for a truly luxurious stay. Hospitality & Extras: The owner's kindness and generosity truly set this experience apart. We were greeted with thoughtful daily gifts like coffee capsules, fresh fruits, and local drinks. RentalsPro also provided a seamless check-in experience, with a helpful representative guiding us through the property and ensuring we had everything we needed. The welcome goodies in the fridge (watermelon, wine, water, and ice) were a delightful touch.

The Nespresso Vertuo machine was a wonderful addition, but the inability to purchase compatible capsules locally proved frustrating. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower were a bit bothersome.

A place for a real vacation. Helpful staff, clean, beautiful view to the sea. I hope I will have the oplortunity to go again. ☺️
