New, clean and quite area for relaxing

Everything was good, in front of the beach. Nice people and very friendly.

Great location, literally by the sea, the sea itself is great for swimming and through the balcony you enjoy a great view. The building is brand new, spotlessly clean and well equiped (even though there is room for improvement) The area is very quiet allowing you to relax The hosts were very helpful, caring and offered us treats like daily coffee refill, fruits and wine!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Azzurro e Verde in Nea Potidaia Halkidiki from July 21 to July 27, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, our host, Stelios, made us feel like family. He was incredibly polite and attentive, surprising us each day with delightful gifts showcasing local traditional food and drinks. It was a charming touch that enhanced our experience and made us feel truly welcome. The property itself is brand new, having just opened in May this year, and it boasts breathtaking views directly facing the sea and the beach. The scenery is absolutely stunning! Stelios was exceptionally helpful, providing us with brilliant recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and beautiful beaches to explore. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals easily. One memorable day, we expressed our desire to cook fresh wild tsipura, and the very next day, Stelios knocked on our door to connect us with a local fish seller who had a mobile shop. We were able to purchase some fresh fish, and Stelios’ mother generously shared her amazing Greek-style recipe, using herbs straight from the garden. I truly had an amazing time and have already decided to return in the future! My sister, impressed by my experience, has also booked this property for a 5-day visit in August. Another notable feature of the house is the extra water supply. We experienced two water cuts in the city during our stay, but we were never without water, which was a significant comfort. We also provided some feedback for improvement, such as adding a recycling bin on the beach, and I was thrilled to see that our suggestion was taken into consideration immediately.

This is not applicable in my case. I liked everything.

This apartment was brand new in the quiet part of Nea Potidaia. Front beach house with all modern facilities. The owner was focused on the gusts need 24/7. Clean and lovely place for a relaxing holiday.
