A great place with a very warm atmosphere. The family that runs it and all the neighbors and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly and close. It's quite cheap and you get a private room, a private bathroom and breakfast. You can rent a scooter at a very low price and overall the place is very pleasant with the chicken ducks and monkeys roaming around. Very easy to get to Kuna and even book tours to distant places in Lombok. It's not a luxurious place, it's more of a local experience. Terima kasih from Anna Karen and Akira

The shower pressure is quite bad. It should be improved because sometimes it's difficult to take a shower because of how little water comes out.

Comfortable, the family running it were so kind and accommodating and the banana pancakes in the morning were EXCELLENT!

A bit far away from the town centre if you don’t drive, 30 minutes on foot.

Hyperinflation on the prices because of MotoGP. 1 juta a night for a hot box with only a fan on the wall. 10x the normal pric!!!. The toilet seat held on with string, the toilet door didn’t close, no water, no soap. If you are going to raise your prices you need to give some little luxuries.

Broken toilet seat, broken toilet door, the smell of the cows stables 4 metres away, there was no ventilation so it was a hot box, the fan noisy, the lack of water, no soap. No redeeming qualities

The location was okay if you like more silent places, we did not hear the mosques and overall the neighborhood was quite silent. There is also a place on 2 minutes walk for some small snacks and water, however the centre of Kuta and the beach have to be reached by motorbike (walking is possible but just a bit far). The bed was nice and the breakfast was good. The airco took some time but worked well, we had to pay extra on arrival to use it.

The waterpressure was really bad, the shower had almost no water and the toilet broke a few times (the owner fixed it quite fast but it was still a bit annoying) Around the building they are building quite some new places, but we had no noise complaints form that.

The owner's kindness. They're very welcoming and relaxed. It's was easy and quick to rent a scooter from them. Breakfast is nice Very good value for price It's very good for a night or 2, out of kuta but quite central for surfing, you need a scooter to get around
