Absolutely nothing.

The building is poorly maintained. Trash can sit in the staircase for more than one day and nobody would clean it. Pictures of apartments on Booking are deceiving-you select one kind of apartment and they give you a different one. Our apartment was given to us dirty, and the cleaner had to come twice, because the fist time she did not clean the upper shelves. Then, looking all over the place for the missing AC remote control, I opened that shelf and there was left over food up there. Next to it was the AC remote control. The mattress was also in bad shape and they had to replace. Customer service was terrible and unhelpful. At some point the fridge was not cooling and it took them over 24 hours to fix the problem. Some of our food got bad and we had to throw it away. There was also broken and missing parts in the open closet. Customer service refused to change us to a different room even if we were booked for 18 days. By the way, we asked to change towels and bed linen. They only changed the towels and took them 48 hours to do so. If we wanted something else we would have to pay $50. Worst place I ever stayed in Madrid. Will never return. Stay away from it.

I stayed in the flat for one month for working purposes. I liked the size of the living room and the lighting, the comfortable sofa, the bathroom that was renovated, big shower cabin, relatively well equipped kitchen. New TV set. Nice location, very close to restaurants, bars, a gym and the metro.

The system with the entrance passwords isn't optimal, at a moment they didn't work and I had to contact the company to resolve the issue and get into the flat. Poor safety standards, there is no security door but an old one which anybody can broke with a kick. Tenants must contact the company to arrange a cleaning and pay extra, this should be included in the service, at least for this price. Bad sound isolation, you can hear people from other apartments. Small sink, the flat needs a dishwasher. No vacuum cleaner, I had to use a regular broom to clean the flat as if we were in the 1960s. My general impression is that the flat may be is fine for one week for holidays or so, but does not meet the standards of a business apartment for longer stays and the company should work towards that. Average experience in general.

I had a small issue with the apartment I was renting so they moved me to another room ASAP. Very responsive to requests.

The instructions on putting out the trash/recycling were a little confusing, I didn't know where to put recycling.

Really good location, Sunday flee market right outside door! Close to shopping, supermarkets, gyms etc. Flat is modern

No hoover provided & property gets EXTREMELY dusty. Didn’t like that for a cleaner if a long stay it’s the extreme price of €50 for an hour. Property was pretty unclean when checked in. There is no natural light (1 bed 1 bath flat). It is extremely loud as flat is facing inside the building where the front door is, stairs etc. Not a lot of storage. No bedding provided for sofa bed so bad to buy our own just for one use. Bedroom very warm at night (not our vibe). WiFi isn’t great for WFH needs

Loved the apartment, it was so big and felt like a home. The front door code was confusing and took some time for me to figure out. The only complaint I had was that the flat front door didn't have an extra lock , so I put the chair in front of the door at night. I think adding a thumb lock would be great, as its all coded access, which is not as safe. After a few nights I got used to it. I would return and recommend. The location was great and the hallways kept clean.
