- Amazing location, La Latina is the best area to stay in Madrid. Loads of bars and restaurants close by. - Very good wifi - spacious apartment - the building has a lift

- Cleanliness is a real issue. Bathroom not cleaned properly (air vent was simply disgusting), all kitchen utensils were dirty, kitchen and living room walls were splashed with dirt/ oil. - even though it was a no smoking apartment, the sofa had cigarette burns, we found ash traces in the kitchen… not nice - we stayed 18nights and they only provide one set of towels and sheets! - the ‘wardrobe/ closet’ is simply a joke. They shouldn’t advertise they have one. The hanging bar’s height was below my knee (?) (I did try to get customer service and they sent someone 4 days later to clean the air vent)

The best location one could wish for for the money. Step out the door and you're in the old town. The huge flea market is literally at the door step . Nice modern flats in a clean building

We were in the top floor loft like room. Hit our heads many times, like hard on the beams no more than 4 feet off the floor. A lawsuit in the making. Definitely NOT FOR anyone over 5 foot 8..... There are rules for renting these beware longer term then short term lease
