Everything had been thoughtfully provided for with easy access to local amenities

Slight problem with the shower in that when you added the extension and ran the water, the head dropped. We therefore removed this and had to angle the head as high as possible for the spray to reach.

Excellent location and value for money

Sue met us upon arrival and explained everything we need to know about the accommodation. She also gave us loads of useful info about the local area. The accommodation was vey clean and had everything you would need for the stay. The location is spot on. tucked away off the main street in Thornton Le Dale, next door to Mathewson's. Thanks to Sue, sorry we missed you when we left.

Nothing to dislike really. Even being picky, there is nothing to moan about. We were there for 3 days and out most of the time. We had a good nights sleep, it's clean and had everything we needed.

It was in a good location stone throw ftom the village of thorton. . The owner left a bottle of wine and biscuits . Tea, coffee and milk ready for a nice cuppa when got there . . All in All a nice place to stay. Owner very friendly too .

Just the bath was abit hard to get into but otherwise all OK

Everything was provided towels bedding even for the dog. The toiletries provided by Sue the host were amazing . The place was very cosy and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent a short walk from the shops and pubs and nice woodland walks. Highly recommended you can also access buses if you don’t want to drive .

Very cosy, well equipped, clean apartment. Great location and host. The welcome biscuits and wine were a nice touch. The apartment is located just off the main road that runs past Mathewsons Auction house and is a stones throw from the centre of the village. Despite this there's very little noise when inside the apartment. Sue was good enough to supply cleaning materials and a hose so I could wash my motorbike. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the surrounding area either by car, foot, bicycle or motorbike. Would highly recommend!!

Bathroom facilities , bath/Shower not suitable . Access to shower was challenging . Steps to get into bath , just a shower tray would have been better
