Your listing said there was a pool. This was not accurate. Having a pool was one of the things that attracted us to the property. I suggested in a number of emails that a partial refund seemed appropriate. First the person responding denied that the listing mentioned a pool, then when a sent a screen shot of the listing, failed to make any offer of an accommodation for the inaccurate listing.

Check in was awful. The address initially given was 20 Blair Alley. In a checkin email it was listed as 82 Blair Alley. In fact the actual address was 99 Blair Alley. When I pointed this out, my concern was dismissed by being told that all the addresses lead to the same place. I was told that we could get the key from a lock box at 1000 Maine Ave. After much frustration we finally figured out that the lock box was on the sidewalk attached to a bike rack in front of 1000 Maine Ave I asked numerous times for someone to call me to help figure out the check in. That never happened. Instead there were only electronic communications, with many minutes between them.

Everything was great but the check in experience was frustrating - trying to find the lockbox in the dark and especially the street address - -83 instead of 99. Should provide a manual for the washer/dryer, soap for the dishwasher, and a broom.

The bed was comfortable, being able to use the heater on cold days is a great plus and it was located in walking distance for everyone.

Perfect location on wharf. Fully equipped. Near grocery, Safeway. Perfect homebase for Mall. Free bus from 820 Main Street to Mall. Will b back and will book this location again.
