Great location by the water, with good restaurants and a lively atmosphere. Everything you need in the apartment. The sofa bed had a comfortable mattress.

Replace the showerhead. The water was dripping, and it made a bit of noise.

Location-wise this place is a 10/10. You could not ask for better. Amazing food and nightlife is at your doorstep, and the Lincoln Memorial, National Mall, and White House are all within walking distance. There’s also a washer and dryer, and a beautiful view. It’s adorably cozy. I came for a concert and the venue was right around the corner, which was so nice. It was also a very safe neighborhood, and I felt comfortable walking to and from the show by myself.

Only book this place if you consider yourself a self-sufficient traveler. The directions to get in are a bit complicated, and there’s nobody onsite to help. If you’re someone who is independent and is willing to figure things out for yourself, this place is incredible (see above). However, if amenities are important to you, and you’re looking for a hotel-type experience, then this spot isn’t the place for you. Sadly, the wifi didn’t work for me, even after multiple times of resetting the modem and router, and that was a bit frustrating. But luckily there was a Starbucks 5 minutes away, and my hosts were very responsive, even if they couldn’t fix the issue.

Great location for food, entertainment and close to Smithsonian. Apartment is located in a very nice residential highrise. Great communication with manager.

Excellent location. The building was cool, a warehouse style condo. The people in the building were friendly.

Although it was the 12th floor, it was right across from offices, so for privacy you had to close the blinds completely. I didn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioner so I was cold.

The location and the property was nice

The fact that I was to pay for parking space.. I wasn’t happy about that… the property need to provide parking space for customers which should be free…

Easy access to apartment, location was awesome.

More pillows and blankets. If you want small families to stay more maybe a small blow up mattress. We had a little one and it was tight! And we would love to come back to take him to the museums, but just needs to be a bit more family friendly.
