It was spacious

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. When we arrived, the home was still messy—beds were not made, towels were left on the bed, and the bathroom had used soap left in the tub. The hot tub was especially concerning, as there were brown residue lines on the walls and small particles floating in the water that appeared to include dead skin. Overall, the property did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for guests.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

The house needed light bulbs in the fixtures. Some of the bedroom outlets didn’t work. Better pillows on the beds.

The owner didn’t clean the property between users and refused to refund us. This place is a scam.

The trash piled by the curb, the lack of cleaning of the house, the lack of response by the owner, and, when the owner finally relied, the accusation by the owner that we stayed and made the mess when we left 15 minutes after arrival. The owner has not reimbursed me even though they admitted that the house wasn’t cleaned between users. This owner is a scammer- renter beware!

The outside porch, hot tub area was perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Clean. Beds comfortable. Cozy. Nice layout. Safe neighborhood. Nice pool table. Decent sized kitchen. Cute decor. Nothing fancy but still very nice. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Great price.

Lawn wasn't mowed the whole time we were here. Outside trash was very full before we even needed to put our first bag in.(Should have 2 trash bins) No garbage disposal. No pasta strainer. No cereal bowls. Could not do laundry after bedtime because the dryer is extremely loud squeak; think it needs a new bearing. Would be nice to have a patio table to be able to comfortably eat meals outside.
