"unsuitable for those who don't use email on their mobiles"

very good location on a quiet road near the centre

there was no 'warning' in advance that this was effectively a letting of one room in an unstaffed property, and as a result that access would only be possible by getting an email with a code for a key box a couple of hours before the suggested time for us to check-in.... neither of us has email on our mobiles so we arrived to find no way to get in and the problem was only solved by me having a tablet PC with me and a local pub allowing us to use their WIFI... we were actually trying to find alternative accommodation (which was effectively impossible as it was Bank Holiday Saturday!) but then looking at my email as part of that process led me to spot the totally unanticpated email with the key box code in it

Parking can be challenging, but not really a problem if stop a bit further down the road
