The old wash house

Cute, clean, just right for me and my dog Penelope, even a dog bed is provided and coffee/tea making which was great. Great quiet location, beautifully decorated considering the size, I enjoy the original features of the old fireplace and how they’ve set out the toilet/shower corner with the curtain and additional touches of body wash etc

The only tiny tiny thing is the pull out sofa is not going to be comfy for everyone, and for me it was a little too thin, but we can’t all have the same bed from home experience so a small sacrifice

Do not take notice of Booking.com description. A tiny room with a very small sofa bed which you have to assemble and make up yourself. A toilet in the corner of the room with tiny hand basin built in toilet cistern and shower over separated by a curtain only! Is this even legal ? Not suitable for a couple. Sofa too small. Host asked if I had read details which I replied yes because went by Booking.com’s details. Atrocious arrangement of the room. We couldn’t stay and had to find emergency accommodation at short notice elsewhere.only stay here if you are single, used to camping on safari and too poor to afford anything else.

The list is endless . Toilet in corner of room with a curtain round it, embarrassing for a couple.

Amazing little place perfect for a little staycation will definitely be staying here again was picture perfect. Lovely host very Friendly supplied us with a fan because of the heat. Allowed my daughter to use there garden amenities

Only thing it could use is a little bit of a bigger bed but it was great

It was in a quite and plesant surroundings not far from Downham Marketwhich we visited a nice relaxeing get away and I had the chance to visit other towns,the weather for the most part was goodwhich helped. Thank you

Looking at the size of the property probably not.

The property met my needs for an overnight stay but I would not feel it suitable for more than that, for me. The room was comfortable and compact.

The bedding and towels are on very high shelves and only being 5' tall, I had difficulty reaching them. Similarly the gate lock on the access door was unusable garden side and had to be closed from the other side. Again being short it was difficult to reach over the top of the gate to do this.

It was very reasonably priced and the location was just what we needed for one night away. It was also dog friendly, although we decided to only bring one dog due to the tiny house aspect of this stay.

The description on Booking.com of a bathroom is misleading as there is simply a toilet, with overhead shower in a curtained off area of the room. This only makes it suitable for some people. The room is advertised as small but it is very small and could not accommodate both dogs although previous comments I checked implied that people had taken more than one dog with them.
