Toilet inside of shower!!! Sink on top of Toilet!!! not even a proper cubicle, curtain, washing very difficult, and cleaning teeth, man shaving impossible no mirror !! Water went on bedroom floor! and on bed! so dangerous Totally inadequate the place was so small the bathroom should of been build in a separate room .. bed a sofa bed, worst most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in! gave us pain all over our bodies, because it was so hard, the bed wasn't even long enough for my husband! When the bed was out it Totally filled room that's how small it was .. there was plenty of room for the place to be extended to accommodate a proper en suite... lam not sure if that place is legally acceptable!! Telly really small and 3 channels on it !! No where to put suitcase! Worst accommodation we have ever slept in!.... no bed side lamp !

The garden was great for my dogs. The bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee etc

Location suited me fine. Peacefull. Nice patio. Room setup done with a lot of thought Shower over toilet different but easy to use

The old wash house was perfect for us. Claudia was an amazing host. Myself and my son had the best time. It was lovely chatting to Claudia and her family. Will definitely be returning. Thank u for a lovely stay

Mouse visitor in the night (sounded like it was behind the chest of drawers). WiFi kept on dipping out unfortunately. Only one standard teabag. (Second one had a split in it.).

Finding the site was a little tricky, despite the map provided. I did suggest to the owner that she add the What3Words address for the gate to the place. This is puzzled.above.deeds. The place is down the lane on a bend at the junction of Whin Common Rd and Cow Lane. The what3words addr gives you the precise location where you can park and is adjacent to the gate into the site. The room is adjacent to the main building and behind it within the garden. I was able to phone the owner and get the exact details to find the site. On arrival there is a door code which she will give you. The room was clean and tidy with all the essential facilities. Very pleasant and welcoming owner. The room is compact but has all the key facilities including: bed, shower/toilet, heating, bedding, tea/coffee facilities & TV. Parking outside the property is easy. There is a large garden there too. The fold out double bed was very comfortable. The site is quiet so you can expect to have a good night's sleep. It is just a mile south of Downham Market town.

This is not the plushest place around as it is quite small and the toilet/shower is a compact unit. Nevertheless, it was comfortable and everything worked well. Slight problem with the shower basin overflowing a little onto the floor, but did not cause any difficulty. We are glad we chose the site and will try to book it again if we return to Downham Market.
