The old wash house

Great location, nicely decorated with a high level of finish. Very clean and well presented. Comfy sofa bed and facilities for tea /coffee there was also a small fridge. Claudia was lovely, very attentive and very helpful. Use of the family garden was a bonus which was lovely. Would definitely return. All in all, a lovely place to stay which represents great value for money. Thank you Claudia. X

There is nothing not to like however, although we didn't expect to be able to prepare/eat a full meal in the room it would have been nice to have had a couple of cereal bowls and a couple of spoons available to eat breakfast. It would also have been nice to have had an aerial for the TV as the WiFi/signal is not really good enough to enable casting from your phone - just a couple of suggestions. Nothing detracted from our stay

The host was friendly and engaged on arrival,the property was clean and tidy. Communication was good throughout lead up to the stay.

Room was very very small and fortunately my wife and our pet dog couldn't make the trip after all otherwise there was no way we could of stayed in there at the same time. Toilet,shower and basin all built into one unit in the room as well so was far from ideal. The bed was a sofa bed and not comfortable at all. This all should of been explained in the advertising a bit better in my opinion.
