Cute from outside. Absolute minimum you could manage with.

Toilet & shower only separated from sleeping area by shower curtain. Sound not blocked at all. Would prefer sliding doors? Would take up similar space. Not possible to use big shower head without shower curtain letting water out of shower tray which has very small edge round it. Not relaxing as worried about flooding.

Secure parking adjacent. Unique and stylish accommodation. Wifi availability and adequate heating if visiting out of season. It was quiet and sofa bed was comfortably firm.

No advisory re key location or code. Not obvious where entry was as it forms part of the fence. Nice large garden which would enable relocation of rotary washing line, Garden furniture reaching end of its life but usable.

Location was perfect and it was very quiet. Host was very friendly and welcoming.

Using the sink is very challenging.

Sofa bed,very small and shower over the toilet which meant the whole place flooded trying to have a shower

If more than one person staying you must know very well due to one room everything eat sleep toilet shower

The owners were lovely, helpful and friendly, they made me feel welcome. The property is neat, compact and has everything needed for a short stay. I stayed after a judging appointment at Littleport and it was ideal for me. There was a toilet and shower with a hand basin over the toilet with a shower curtain to go round if you need a shower, There were Tea and coffee making facilities, A TV with the internet / Netflix connections etc, the lighting was good and the bedside lamp that has a phone charger was so good that I bought one when I got home. The bed is a sofa bed, so if you were staying longer than a night it could be in the sofa position during the day. There was a table and chairs with a parasol outside to sit if you wished. I went to the local pub for an evening meal and had a really nice jacket potato with salad it is within walking distance. I think this place would be ideal for people touring on bikes or walking holidays wanting a short stay. You can get freshened up and relax.

To be critical I would like to see a rounded wooden base for the shower as I nearly fell over it a couple of times but I am older and a little tubby so take up more room. would like more good quality teabags, I managed two cups of PG Tips and there were no more left. But on the whole it was a cute little place to stay for the night.
