There was nothing we didn’t like

Very comfortable and spotless appartment we loved the open plan setting in the livinig room

This was the second time we booked this property, and - again - it fully met our expectations. Of note was the responsiveness of the host.

There was nothing to dislike

It was absolutely stunning very tastefully decorated and spotless! Perfect location for the town and private parking was a bonus.

Nice layout

Confused why there was an external lift, but no lift inside. Missing remote for tv. rectified on our second day

The property is very well-maintained and the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. (We didn't cook in the apartment, but did make coffee/tea in the mornings). There is a collapsible wall of windows leading to the balcony in the living room, and when opened gives a really wonderful feeling of open-ness. The view is of the bowling club next door, and on the weekend there appeared to be some sort of teenage bagpipe training (or contest) -- hanging out in the living room, listening to the bagpipes and watching the nice view was amazing!

There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor for UK folks!), so we had to schlep our stuff up the stairs. The shower in one of the rooms is bit tight and slippery -- would recommend non-slip stickers on the floor. My friend used the bathroom that is close to the entrance and said that it drained very poorly -- neither is a big deal.
