Square Green - No 16 Balcony

Location excellent Parking was great

Kitchen was poorly kitted out for any cooking and required dishes to be washed daily due to lack of replicates. Bifold doors damaged and ill fitting requiring very physical closing to get them to lock. No clothes horse for drying clothes Could do with drawers for clothes and more hangers Misleading advert re tea and coffee making facilities. It was actually a kettle and a few sachets. Property has good potential but is not luxury as currently presented so expensive compared to comparable properties.

The flat was modern and very well equipped (other than an ice tray), only a 10 minute walk to the main part of St Andrews and the block was very quite and well maintained

Sitting in the living room at night was not very private due to no blinds on the main doors to the balcony which ibhad saw highlighted in other reviews, the only other issue that I noted were the bedroom doors did not shut tight and the main bathroom shower head needs replacing.

It was a large well equipped modern apartment in a good location.

Wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Dirt on the main floor cobwebs on the living space. Dishes on the cupboard were dirty broken hanging rail on the wardrobe. Clothing left in the drawers. Sliding doors to the balcony broken.

There were 3 different descriptions of what parking space to use from emails to the welcome book so streamlining that would help and the WiFi QR code in the welcome book didn’t work and needs updating.

lovely bright clean apartment only a ten minute walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. very comfortable beds.

late Check in time of 1600 and early check out at 10:00 doesn’t seem very good value for money
