"Good property apart from the privacy issue."

Clean good property and good location for the town.

There are no curtains or blinds on the large bi-fold doors, so privacy is an issue. The flat looks over a bowling green but beyond that there are people walking along the road who can look over as well as flats on the other side of the road. In the evening we noticed that other flats in the block have either curtains or blinds for privacy. Also the TV is located beside the bifold doors so when the sun is shining on the TV it is impossible to watch.

"Nice place to stay - just needs some things fixed."

Location was very good, only 10-15mins from the town centre. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Rooms felt quite spacious.

The property needs some maintenance. The bedroom doors were badly warped and couldn't close at all. The large windows that opened onto the balcony were very difficult to open due to the timber floor of the balcony having warped. This evidently had been the case for some time since there were gouges in the floor where previous guests had tried to push them open.
