The location of the place was the best part. Other than that, the listing needs to be updated on what it actually includes and doesn't include.

The communication was really terrible. I tried messaging before arrival and never got an answer. Tried communicating about issues at the location and never got a response back from owner. It was always a 3rd party answering, or so I was told, and our issues never got resolved. The cleaning supplies and buckets were left out in the open. The listing says free wifi, but they don't include an internet connection. Please explain how 1 can work without the other?? For that reason, we had no tv the whole week and a whole week with no wifi to keep in contact with our families. Couldn't use our phones at all while in the apartment. There is NO balcony, not even one to lean over on. You get a wall. The air conditioning is on a timer, which we couldn't figure out. I called and left messages and never got a response. It shuts off and that is not good in the middle of the night, while trying to sleep, and you wake up sweating, only to realize you have to turn on the ac again.
