Riverine High Floor Luxury Stay 4 pax Waterfront View from Balcony

The location was very good as the apartment block was only about 20 minutes walk from the city and taxis are available if needed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The studio was spacious and light with attractive decor, and the ‘L’ shaped balcony gave very good views of Kuching. The washing machine worked well and there is a good drying area, which was important as we stayed there for a week. We enjoyed the use of the pool. We were able to contact the apartment manager very easily through What’s App if we had any queries. We would certainly highly recommend this accommodation.

Mooie ruime kamer met mooi groot balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Redelijk goede ligging iets buiten het centrum. Mooie keuken met verschillende apparaten.

Zwembad was heel vaak gesloten. Is iedere week op 2 dagen onderhoud van 09 00 tot 14.00 uur maar daarna ook niet open terwijl die dan tot 17.00 uur open zou moeten zijn. Ook op een feestdag bleek die gesloten terwijl dat nergens vermeld werd. In keuken en smerig en oud koekenpan na melding alleen sorry maar geen nieuwe.

Keuken inductie werkt niet goed evenals de boiler met warm water. Je moet de kraan bijna uitzetten zodat heeeeel weinig water er uit komt dat warm is. Inductieplaat moet ik steeds helemaal uitzetten met stekker en reset om weer te werken. Koekenpan was smerig en stuk. Rest is wel schoon en werkt goed.

Just only the lift need to go up by stairs a bit..as im having a baby stroller,its a bit difficult.

The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and plus you can see the personable atmosphere from the balcony. Will be back later.

On that day, the elevator in the parking lot was still being maintained. Had to go up the stairs to the lobby
