Riverine High Floor Luxury Stay 4 pax Waterfront View from Balcony

The host was very responsive and shared screen shots of how to retrieve the keys to the drop box in the garage; however it was a little confusing in terms of the communication on where to enter the building by car based on the pictures. It would be helpful in the future to have someone at the lobby drop off to retrieve the keys; however, security is in the garage, not the main lobby. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed being able to walk not far to access food and shopping. The balcony provides a beautiful view of Kuching which I really loved! You can see the Waterfront and Sarawak river from the balcony.

We didn't know there were stairs to go up and it was quite challenging to get our luggage up and to the elevators. We had 3 heavy luggage and 4 carry on. It would have been nice to have some accessible way to bring the luggage with a ramp inside the building which is the building itself. Maybe there were from the garage; however, we were dropped off by car. The hot water tank did not heat up or seem to work well. After trial and error, the water was still cold or lukewarm. My kids had a hard time with the cold showers. There was also a water filtration system on the bathroom sink which we didn't know what it was until I messaged the unit holder. It would be helpful if there was a label on the container saying what it is and what it's used for. The tv also didn't work and the landlord did address the problem quickly and replaced the tv but did not remove the old one.

The view was amazing! And the room is clean and comfortable

Clean place with comfortable bed. A washing machine is provided. Big swimming pool. perhaps staff could acknowledge booking once booked or contact at least one day prior to giving check in instructions and not wait for us to check if our booking is in order.

Checking in and getting the keys are convenient and fuss-free. The staff I communicated with via WhatsApp was very helpful and replies were prompt. The carpark is free and the lot is pre-alloted. The facilities are superb and the whole apartment is clean. There's even a ventilated utility room where the washing/dryer machine is and hangers/pegs are provided for laundry drying. Kitchen is almost fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, bowls/plates utensils, knives pots/pans etc. Beds are big (good for 4pax) and bedsheets and towels are clean. There's even a water purifier at the sink; shower soap provided and the water pressure is good. The air-conditioning is cold and comfortable. The balcony overlooks the city and although our unit does not face the river directly, we enjoyed the breeze and scene while seated on the chairs provided.

The bidet has no proper hook and the bidet hose is very tight for use. There is no daily housekeeping although this is not a real issue for us. No shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The kitchen sponge looks used and dirty. It could have been replaced. .

I like how there are a lot of appliances available including washing machine, microwave, and electric water heater which were very useful.
