Frokosten var veldig bra. Og topp beliggenhet!

Kunne vært noe kjøligere inne i resepsjonsområdet og restaurant/frokostsal - mer bruk/sterkere airkondition. Det luktet litt innestengt og gammelt i gangene til overnattingsrommene

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Godt morgenbord.

Reklamerer med 2 pools og Spa. Det koster imidlertid 425,- extra pr. person. Gratis parkering viser sig ikke at være gratis. Venter 2 timer på indcheckning og får, ikke som lovet værelse med udsigt/ altan, men ud til parkeringsplads. Alt i alt for dyrt ifht. prisen.

"Är man en norsk småbarnsfamilj är nog detta hotell perfekt, men inte något för oss. Inte prisvärt."

Fint läge med fina gångstråk på stigar o klippor

Tråkigt bemötande i receptionen. Stopp i avlopp i handfat och inget varmvatten i duschen i vårt trånga familjerum.

Veldig god mat - både frokost og middag.

Det var ekstremt varmt på rommene. Ventilasjonsanlegget virket ikke, så vi hadde 25 grader på rommet, og eneste muligheten for å lufte var å la utedøren stå på vidt gap natten igjennom.

Die Standort des Hotels ist aussergewöhnlich und sehr schön.

Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. CHF 294.- (SEK 3480.-) pro Nacht für Zimmer mit Frühstück. Das Zimmer war klein und ohne Balkon. Eine Reinigung des Zimmers (Reinigung/Bett machen etc.) wird nur gemacht wenn man dies explizit wünscht. Dies ist jedoch nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennbar. Die Wellnessanlage und der Pool kann nur gegen einen zusätzlichen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Die Aussenparkplätze werden als gebührenpflichtig angeboten, obwohl dies bei der Buchung als inkl. deklariert wurde. Man versucht zusätzliche Kosten zu verrechnen die nicht gerechtfertigt sind.
