Adorable Cozy House with Compact Parking and Loft!

It was cozy and great for 1 to 2 people. I enjoyed the lot bed, it was soft and cozy, close to the ceiling and wall, so it felt like you were away from the rest of the building, but still within it. A great place to rest. I enjoyed the decor and style as well. I really enjoyed it.

Great location near the hospital, good kitchen, clean, all the basics were available, except for beds. The host was very much available to help us find the property and troubleshoot.

Very hard to find. Parking isn't really available as you can't get into the one parking space--host offered a parking space a "block" away, but it was really 4 blocks away (and it was snowing). Beds very uncomfortable.

I liked the location. Also the owner was very communicative and called me to make sure everything was good. Also price was very good and came with free parking. Also place was had really nice decor.

The charm and location were 10/10. It “gives millennial nerd vibes” with the art and video game and cartoon references. Very adorable. Perfect for weekend class.

Two of the beds are futons. Which is fine if you aren’t 35+ That said there was an air mattress and I didn’t notice when I booked. We have planned to rent again and I will bring my own air mattress just because I am a plus sized woman and the futon doesn’t cut it. But ten years ago it would’ve been great. The previous renter was a mess but the owner was kind and helpful and it was no big deal!

Functional Kitchen. Clean.

The bed in the loft was fine, but the other two make-shift beds were unacceptable. Airplane noise is a factor.

Nice location

It was in a great area and had plenty to offer. I was out all day so I just needed somewhere to sleep, so it worked out perfect!
