Arrived to be told no water and we could not stay. This was at 530pm. Hotel had not called to say there was a problem.

Property was nice , layout was cute n cozy , all amenities available, the bed is so comfortable, staff is available at all times, rooms were clean

One day they had water issues but was resolved in a timely manner

I booked it beacuse it had good reviews in the past, but my expereince was bot good at all.

There was no running water starting late night until the next evening, and the hotel wouldn't even provide bottled water to brush your teeth, I had to go to a friends hotel to shower. They didn't offer any compensation. Room was not clean for the entire time of my stay (4 nights). AC unit was super loud and you are not allowed to set it lower than 70⁰.
