I liked the no-key, the comfort and convenience. Glad to be near Basilica and shops and restaurants on Euclid.

refused to refund me for day with no water in the Hotel, the Manager hung up on me when i asked, the room is very noisy, you can hear everything in the next room, floors are sticky and smell, the sewers around the building will make you sick, toilets barely flush

The comfort and delightful staff made us feel truly special. I hope to come back because the location is great for walking to shops. I have suggested to family and friends that they look into staying here. The value is exceptional.

Perfect location for the Cardinal game the night I arrived and my doc appt at Barnes hospital the following morning. Secure building, friendly staff, good TV options, and complimentary water and popcorn (which I didn't eat). 🤣

The only staff member that spoke English was the front desk. Everyone else needed to use translate. Figuring out how to navigate the property when I got there was a little confusing, but that could just be me. The room smelled like cleaner, which is good that it is clean, but I feel like they went overboard on the cleaning solution.
