FRThe room is large and airy, with a large window with a view on the street. The bed is comfy. The desk is handy. The bathroom is fitted with a small bathtub that we never used. It would have been great to have a larger shower room in place. The buffet spread is decent with a limited choice.
The staff is not welcoming nor friendly or helpful. Most of the time, the doorman let us open the entrance door by ourselves. The soundproofing is awful. Our room is close to the lift and as the the hotel is jam-packed, we can hear people hollering and stamping in the corridor until late in the night. I could only close my eyes for one night out of the four nights we stayed at the hotel. We have complained to the reception but they did not want to give us another room. Nobody has ever asked us on our feedback on our stay. No salad for breakfast. Limited options for the coffee, that is not served at the table. We have to order the coffee every morning and the staff would not ask us if we want milk or sugar. Paper towel at breakfast. Overall, the hotel is below the average for a 5 star.

INif you order something from room dinning, till the time you didnt pay tip staff won't leave you, and once you paid they again Confirm only this much, I was like 200 rupees of chai do you want me to pay you 500 tip for this ... and it dosnt matter you are call or in shower
