INFriendly staff, cleanliness, decent food options.
While the food is not bad, there is scope for improvement. Poha for example, is extremely dry, white coconut chutney doesn't have any distinct taste etc. There is a need to install exhaust in the toilet. Pay attention to polishing doors etc at the right time. Guest shouldn't need to remind about the terms and conditions of billing as per the booking terms.Last, no pressure on the guest to give good ratings..You are good and only need to improve!
GBWe really enjoyed our stay here at the Orchid. The luxury of the hotel reception and room exceeded our expectations and the location was great, only a 6 minute drive from Jaipur airport. The buffet food was delicious and we enjoyed everything we tried. There was a really good variety offered for both breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious with a great sized bed! The staff were all very friendly and really helpful in arranging taxis for us, especially Udit. A big thank you to you all.
GBIt was a convenient location for my time at the Jaipur Literature Festival. They offer an excellent breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room.

The attitude of the receptionist (Smriti) was absolutely rude towards us. Very bad mannered, unwilling to provide help and a completely clueless of her own job. Please avoid this place if you ever come to Jaipur
