Very disappointed with the cleanliness, had to change room twice due to dirty bedsheets 😫, bad odor of moist and mold in room and corridors Uncomfortable beds, noisy- avoid! And this should be 5 stars?

CYGBThe hotel seemed very good, room good standard and we had lunch there , also high quality. We only booked it to use for the afternoon before our flight as it is close to airport. A good alternative to an airport lounge . We expected to use the rooftop pool and relax there away from the hustle of Jaipur. Unfortunately the pool is under maintenance so we couldn’t access the rooftop area at all. It had been closed for a few days before but Booking.com didn’t alert us to this. Unfortunately this didn’t meet our expectations.
