Brand-new Modern Princess in One Tree Hill

Spacious, clean & tidy. Completely new house. Comfortable bed.

No air conditioner in all bedroom. Quite hot at night during our stay. House location is not easy to find.

Parking was sometimes an issue

The townhouse was clean and well presented.

The townhouse was not ready on time when we arrived at 5pm, and there was no email providing the unit number or how to access the townhouse. I needed to contact them. They did quickly respond, apologising, saying that the unit would not be ready until after 7pm as it was yet to be cleaned. They also provided the information needed on how to access the townhouse. When we did gain access, the recycling bin in the kitchen had not been emptied and was full. The bins outside were also full/overflowing, so we created a pile in the kitchen for our recycling. Also the bedroom area gets hot at night and there is no air conditioning to the area. Something to also note is that the carparking area out the front of the townhouse house is very small and difficult to access (we had no access to the garage). The area would only be appropriate for a small car. We had to park out on the street. The townhouse is also across 3 levels. If you have difficulty with stairs or lifting luggage up two lots of stairs to the bedrooms, perhaps consider a different place to stay.

It is one of 6properties at number 12 we weren’t told what unit or how to enter until I called and requested the details once already at property.
