Brand-new Modern Princess in One Tree Hill

We like the space inside the property and the home was well maintained. Sufficient bathrooms for a family of 5. We also like the outdoor patio, adds on a special touch to the overall experience. Well stock up amenities for an overnight stay.

1. The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. 2. Tight living quarters with 11 other units. 3. We stayed at Unit Number 4. Extremely tight parking situation. And the waste bins for at least 3-4 units were right outside our main entrance. It is unhygienic.

New premises, clean, good size

It was very difficult to get to very narrow drive awkward parking. Had to phone to ask which property it was as there were several the same. Pin code was not correct had to get the cleaners to phone re door code (which was unbelievably long). No tea bags or small milk and coffee was in slim packets of flat white or cappuccino would rather packets of just coffee. A place for the fit as it is three floors with steep stairs. I had emailed to ask for early 1 pm check in but fit there and was told I couldn’t get in until 3pm. It was a specific need for that early time. Ended up getting in at 1:30pm.

Great location, awesome rooms, staff amazing!!, very very clean.

Outdoor furniture would have been a bonus, there was no spare toilet paper so had to buy some and the bedding (pillows/sheets) could be a little better quality! Very minor things though, the stay overall was awesome.

Great location and prompt communication from the host. We would have rated this place 10 out of 10 if we could have used the garage space for our bike.

Unable to park directly in front of the apartment. The parking space is very tight.

This home was light and sunny, with lots of space. It was close to the city and Sylvia Park.

We absolutely loved the whole place, it was a lovely stay, beds were comfy and we had the best sleeps, kids had their own rooms and loved them! Heaps of toilets for the family and two beautiful showers, lovely cupboards for our clothes to hang, amazing kitchen and facilities, comfy couch and lounge area. Loved the outdoor deck area and the clothesline and the laundry area, everything was superb. Even the communication from the hosts ❤️ there was extra blankets and heaters for upstairs and a heat pump on the second floor, such a cosy place!!
