Well-positioned to get fast in all interest areas of the city.

Good location, clean, comfortable, nice kitchen.

The only issue is lack of the curtain and mosquito net in living room, because apartment is in ground floor- so if you want privacy you have to lower metal blinds and be in shadow.

Clean, good location, working AC.

Thin walls, lack of trash bags for all types of garbage

Not much privacy: the shutter is broken so people can see in from the street, and the bedroom curtain is too short for the window.

It was near everything . The apartment was suitable for us with the possibility to make the breakfast there instead of going out to look for it. It was clean and there was enough of everything .

The thing I did not like was the lack of instructions of the machines there were. The stove and dishwasher for instance. It would be nice if there were a tourist map which is available in hotels.

The lock in the apartment is broken and it is almost impossible to close the door from the inside. Since this is a grand floor, it is completely unsafe. Also, there are no curtains in the room, and the external blinds are broken and passers-by from the street can look in. The faucet in the kitchen is broken and the water switch falls off when used. There is mold in the bathroom, the window between the kitchen and the bathroom is very dirty, the walls above the bathroom are also dirty and with cobwebs. The apartment is damp and there are no extra blankets to keep warm. Also, the remote control for the air conditioner was missing. This apartment is not worth the money they ask for it. Of course, you can spend the night, but you can’t call it a comfortable stay.

The location was good and there was a grocery store nearby. The size of the apartment was ample.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has little security. The building door does not have a lock, permitting an intruder to easily enter the building and break into a cabinet right outside the apartment on the first night. The security blinds for the windows are broken, so the intruder was able to look into the apartment room. There is excessive mold in the bathroom; dog hair was found all around the apartment. The thermostat was not able to be adjusted, and the room was extremely cold.
