Excellent location. Flat was clean, and more than spacious enough

Couldn't turn the heating up to dry towels that we had used, as it needed a pin number

Everthing is tight and new

The instructions left by the owner contain a kind of condescension...You must not leave unclean utensils, otherwise you will be charged additional charges 30 euro, Cleaning expenses have already been included in the total charges. so why this threatening language? I undestand she/he want to keep the clat tight and clean but please revise the way of taking. Thanks for understanding

Great location. The host sent us very exact intormations for self check in.

It was cool in the apartment, and the air conditioners were not working. The apartment is not well isolated, and it was quite noisy. The towels smelled bad.

We liked the apartment, it was new, nice, and clean. The air conditioning and washing machine were also convenient. It was walkable distance from the train station and from the historical center of the town. The owner was also really nice.

It would be better if the kitchen was better equipped with more utensils and maybe a kitchen towel. Also, since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is not really possible to open the windows neither the blinds without being fully visible from the outside.

Ok bathroom.

It is first floor and windows are so low that you can’t open them. All the batteries (tv and conditioner remotes) were empty!!! Dishes were unclean and oily. Only one blanket for two persons.

Very convenient location and nice area with shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby.

I find difficult to understand why a property doesn't have shampoo and a towel for each guest! Liquids are not allowed in hand luggage so you can't carry any. Obviously you need to take a bath and if you arrive late and supermarket is closed then you can't. Also, there must always be 2 towels for each guest, one for bath and a small one. These are basic amenities. Finally, the mattresses must be replaced immediately.
