Luxury Unique Townhouse with Hottub & Pizza Oven

The place was very tidy and comfortable.

Well equipped kitchen and great size and very spacious for a big family or group. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Love the added bonus of the jacuzzi hot tub. Love the open plan kitchen and living area. Nice and modern bathrooms. But Inaccurate description of it being luxurious (needs updating and modernising in some places).Just note that stairs are steep so might be dangerous for kids and elderly. But a good stay for a large group in a convenient location.

BEWARE THERE IS A CAMERA OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY ONLOOKING ONTO THE REAR GARDEN WHERE THE JACUZZI IS. FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND INVASION OF PRIVACY. Despite it being there for security not needed . What I didn’t like was the lack of communication when I had booked i booked having in mind the house listed it had 5 double beds and 1 single bed. But without notice the single bed had been removed. When asked told it was due to safety reasons which is odd. No replacement pop up bed given. A few things need improving like cleaning (kitchen cupboards had streaks). Some Kitchen parts held with duct tape. Ceiling of living room needs re plastering. Upstairs hallway floor very creaky due to flooring. Basement stairs dusty/dirty. MOULD in basement bedroom (UNSAFE). Body loafer scrub left in bathroom by previous guest which is unhygienic. Needs redecorating and modernising throughout for a ‘luxurious’ stay.

The bathroom lock upstairs was broken and the stairs and landing made noise.

This property is falsely advertising as a luxury villa, it’s no villa, it’s a terraced house on the main road. The décor is out of date, its got damp in the basement bed room, so none of my kids stayed in there. The host did not leave proper instruction on use of hot tub, and started accusing me of switching it off. I have never used a hot tub and didn’t know it takes a long time to reach temperature. Overall very bad experience From what I can gather the host deals with other properties known as ’Manchester apartments’ so watch out. Separate complaint being made with bookings.com

the host was very clear with instructions for staying at the property, she was also very helpful, the house was more than large enough to host the 4 of us. the hot tub was a nice bonus and facilities were great.

key safe in place would be a great idea for use, I felt unsure leaving the door unlocked when leaving as the house is on a very busy road. but it did work well and clear communication from the host. just an idea :)

Hot tub, kitchen well equipped, living room ok.

Very substandard, broken bathroom lock, mould in basement bedroom, broken kitchen floor tiles ,ill fitting sheets and stained mattress in middle bedroom, paintwork chipped, steep unsafe stairs, landing floor felt unsafe, and very creaky. Hardboard on kitchen ceiling, bathroom tap fell off. Very noisy road.

It was very tired looking. Dirty in several places. Huge hole in stone flooring. Ceiling showing repair from water leak not completed. Furniture was damaged, broken. Miss matched. Stated two bathrooms but really only one upstairs and toilet downstairs. Mould and damp in cellar bedroom. Not informed one bedroom was down in the cellar with view of a brick wall. Old food items from previous occupants left behind. Extremely busy road opposite a high school entrance so dangerous loading and unloading.

Everything, the place is amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. No hassle at all, so it's easy to check in and out. Itout.Very lovely house with a lot of space and garden with a jacuzzi.Good location
