Luxury Unique Townhouse with Hottub & Pizza Oven

It’s a spacious, well maintained property , all daily essentials are available. Neat and clean with a beautiful rear garden . Pizza oven and jacuzzi adds to the experience and makes it worth while.

Location on the main road very noisy if the windows are open in the summer. Floor in the upstairs are very noisy Stairs are very steep and you need footwear to climb them

We booked this apartment and were surprised when the owner contacted us the next day asking for a £100 deposit — something that was never mentioned anywhere in the listing. Then, the following day, he told us we couldn’t stay at the apartment at all. Throughout this process, the communication was terrible. The owner ignored most of our messages and even asked us to cancel the booking ourselves — which would’ve made us lose our money. When I contacted Booking.com support, they advised that the owner should cancel the booking instead. We have been waiting for days, but the owner has not responded at all. This feels extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Be very careful before booking this place.

Lovely house. Very spacious interior with large kitchen /dining area. Three good sized bedrooms with wardrobes and shelves. Modern bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. Lovely garden space surrounded by trees which made it very pleasant to sit in. Hot tub an added bonus. Host provided us with many of the items I would normally expect to take on a self catering holiday and there was a dishwasher and washing machine . The lady who manages the property, was very friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

The bedrooms / beds wasn't good at all it was smelly and we were so disappointed with must thinks in all bedrooms

The property has a fantastic and very clean hot tub and garden and it was excellent. It’s a very big size and fitted in 7 of us perfectly, we chose to be in the location to be near family so it was perfect for us. The kitchen and dining room were bright and airy and toilet downstairs and bathroom upstairs were very clean. The host was instantly available for all my queries.

There was a single bed in living room which was a bit odd, the sofa that was in the dining room needed to be in the lounge so you could watch TV, the upstairs bedrooms could do with a freshen up of paint as they were a bit gloomy, the master bedroom had two double beds in which made it a bit cramped and we couldn’t get to the wardrobe. The shower ran very hot, so we had very brief showers! The beds were clean but a bit fusty which maybe because they had been made up and left for a while (over winter perhaps?)

House was falling apart. 90%of the cupboards were duck taped on. Holes in the roof of the kitchen. No couch in living room as advertised. Beds rammed into rooms and living room. Burn holes in the furniture. Rooms had mould and so did the kitchen. Door to basement broke. Prescribed medication just in the cupboard where kids could reach. No bath panel. For 2 days the hot tub didn’t work so the owner had to show up twice. The 2nd time she turned up it was dark and she just entered the garden without prior warning which scared me and the children I was with as we just saw someone in the garden. The owner was rude and as I have complained to her about the state of the property has blocked me. She sent £25 as a “refund” when I spent £175. I wouldn’t even stay here for free. Do not waste money on the property.

The kitchen was gorgeous and the hottub was lovely. The person who was in contact with me was great, very useful, told us absolutely everything

The stairs were scary, very steep and hurt our feet, and some creeky floor boards
