Luxury Unique Townhouse with Hottub & Pizza Oven

The house is lovely and spacious, the kitchen is great, well equipped and has everything you should need - I always take some of my own bits for a stay like this, and I didnt need any of my usual things that I'd brought with me. The host was very friendly, very informative. The beds were comfortable (could do with more pillows, maybe keep some spares in the cupboard, or plumper ones though!) and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and modern, with a waterfall type shower, awith easily adjustable temperature. The host sent very clear instructions of how to use everything. The heating is really simple to use, and the house warms up really quickly. We met the host on our 2nd day when she came to empty the bins as they were full. She was a very nice lady, I wouldn't have felt the need to hesitate to contact her if we had any issues and I trust she would have sorted them very swiftly. The garden is a lovely little space, and the hottub is great and worked perfectly for our whole stay. Sadly we didnt use the pizza over due to the weather but we would have loved to. All in all we had a fab stay!

These are less "things I didn't like" , and more information for people who may struggle with some things - none of these made the stay bad for us! First of all - parking. You can park outside the house, which is on a main road, from 6:30pm - 7am Monday - Friday, and all day at weekends. However the road is very busy so we parked round the corner all the time, not a problem, but worth noting! The TV doesnt work as the Virgin accounts been cancelled. It isnt a Smart TV but does have HDMI ports so I'd advise to bring a firestick or something to watch TV. We had a toddler with us so not having the TV she was a bit bored at times. The no garden/hottub after 9pm suited us as it was November so was cold and wet; but in warmer months make sure you're aware of the rules. The stairs are very steep, I'm glad my days of living in these terraced houses is over as my knees can't hack it any more 😂 be prepared that if anyone struggles with stairs (eg elderly people) this might not suit them, although there is a single bed in the living room too. Also keep an eye on any kids who can't be trusted not to climb/fall down the stairs, they are covered with laminate so are extra slippy compared to carpet. I was over the moon to see the beautiful bathroom had a whirlpool bath, was looking forward to using it, but there was no plug! The lack of plug also meant my 3 year old was unable to have a bath while we were there, and as shes autistic she doesnt like the shower. The house does need some modernisation in some areas, don't expect perfection. The floors creak, the wardrobes are old etc, but as there is a "Sold" sign outside, I'm assuming its been recently acquired by the current owner and shes working on it - its definitely looking different to review photos from last year!! We really enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen was a perfect family room and well equipped. Added bonus of a downstairs toilet. Cute little garden and the hot tub was spot on. Beds comfortable. Would of stayed longer if had the option. Thank you for hosting us.

Problem with shower, couldn't turn up heat but it did the job needed. Stairs are a little steep, understandable in terrace properties. These minor issues DID NOT affect our stay 😊

Lovely town house! Communication with the host was very good throughout. House was clean throughout, hot tub was great.
