"Lovely location for a weekend away in Sussex."

The location was perfect for what we planned to do over the weekend. We had a very friendly welcome and the flat was very clean and freshly decorated - no smells.

An oversight I think, but no hand wash at the sinks. Got round that by using shower gel.

"August 2024, 2 night stay."

The flat is in a beautiful location, with offroad parking and is dog friendly, also not far from local supermarkets . The flat was a nice size and clean. The host was very thoughtful by putting out some bathroom toiletries and kithen bits, like washing up liquid. There was even a bowl for the dog. We met the neighbours who were very friendly, and our stay was very good.

We found the room lighting dim and would perfer an overhead shower. Just our preference.

"Idyllic Location"

What an idyllic location. It's so peaceful and beautiful. Wow! The accommodation was super neat and clean. A top/ 1st floor flat, a little on the small size, but comfortable for us. We were 3 adults and 2 young kids. The garden and river are a dream. We sat outside whenever we had the chance. Communication with host was prompt and good. Neighbours were really lovely. We used this as a base for day trips to both Eastbourne and Brighton and it was perfect.
