"The rooms and location made a very pleasant base for exploring the New Forest."

The location was excellent, near the station, a bus stop and several nice old pubs with food as well as a lovely cafe for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

A minor quibble, a chair could have been provided in Room 5. As there was no catering some small snacks would have been appreciated, and dishes such as a bowl and a plate for ones own food.

"A pleasant experience unfortunately I was only stay for one night"

A lovely clean room. Entrance via key code so come and go anytime. The room had everything with well presented complementary drinks. Also access direct to garden with seating and table just outside room . Near to station and local shops/cafes.
