The room & ensuite bathroom was very spacious & clean & the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent near shops, restaurants, train station & pubs.

No breakfast & the TV reception was not very good

The table that had tea and coffee on was too low, I couldn't use it as I have spinal issues, I can't bend, my daughter had to make me a coffee.

Very close to the station and really appreciated the tea and coffee provided.

Unfortunately it’s not sound proof and you can clearly hear the other guests, even if everyone is considerate. But I did appreciate the earplugs provided as light sleepers would find it difficult to sleep through the night.

Great price, great location, very clean and quiet

Squeaky floorboards is the only fault so nothing major

We loved the property we would have definitely stayed again there but there were afew cleanliness issues long black hairs in bath webs up high . One of the beds had lots of black hairs in and stains and the other we found small black flea like bugs. Also glasses weren’t clean

Very nice, clean room, comfortable beds, 2 nice chairs, plenty of hot water. Patio doors to garden with furniture provided were very nice. Directions easy to follow. Fridge useful. A fan would be useful as closing the doors at night means only a small bathroom window available, though not needed during our stay.

Geen ontbijt en daar gingen we ook niet vanuit. Koffie/thee ruim voorradig en slaapkamer kwam uit op demtuin. Heerlijk
