Good central location for us. Big room, very comfortable bed. Lots of tea/coffee making options as well.

Although there is parking which is great, a tree in middle would frighten some more nervous drivers/parkers as made getting into some spaces challenging if other cars already there. No light in bathroom by the only mirror for shaving or ladies applying make up.

Location was great. 1 minute from cafes, restaurants and shops. Easy access to the new forest and trains. Bathroom was nice and reasonable price for double room.

Hard to get temperature right in room.

Quiet kocation

No external ventilation other than french windows, becomes very steamed up probably very hot in summer.

Very easy check in, stress free stay. Excellent location with lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The bathroom was a little bit damp. There seemed to be water collecting on the floor after a shower and the fan seemed a bit weak so not well ventilated. But it was clearly well cleaned.

Location excellent breakfast not included.

Location and cleanliness

Stuffy room, bathroom blind didn’t reach down to the windowsill, bathroom mirror light didn’t work so the bathroom was quite dark to get ready in. Another mirror needed in the bedroom.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone else in the building.
