Position

Health and safety. Lack of hand rails in and out. Arrived as agreed host unfriendly took us to door never saw anybody again. No change of linen unclean woodworm in furniture I could go on

Great outdoor deck overlooking city and sea. Nice yard to enjoy being outside. Enjoy it. My circumstances changed so I had to shorten my stay.

Location, helpful staff and easy contact, pets friendly , rustic house, garden, amazing view

House is divided into many small apartments, so in a nutshell there is not so much space. In my opinion apartment we got was way too small for 4 adults and 2 kids. Also not so much privacy. Its quite busy place when all apartments are rented. There was dishwasher but no capsules. I would suggest that some paper towel and dishwasher capsules would really help us to keep the apartment clean.

Very cosey clean little place with everything one can need in the vacation. The view is exceptional, waking up with a coffee on that terrace with that view, worth the money

"300 years old rural house refurbished in style in the middle of the nature with mindblowing view."

I stayed in the upper apartment and it was amazing. This place gets you the relaxed rural ambiance that is unforgettable. The view is exceptional, the bed and the furniture is comfortable, there is enough room for a whole family. The atmosphere is truly captivating. The host was tremendously kind and informative. The kitchen is equipped enough for all basic cooking. Free and spacious parking is provided.

One main thing: WIFI is okay for slow Insta posts maybe, but is really poor. I had to use my phone's Tiny things: the shower could use a door instead of a curtain, a liquid soap could support washing hands at arrival. Prepare for mosquitos and bugs, but of course, they are part of the amazing nature that is the watermark of this place.

Location!!!! Located on side of hill with beautiful view over the La Spezia. Nice quiet place. Will definitely come back there next year.
