Sun terrace, great to relax and dinner, views amazing. Can watch the wildlife if you are quiet. Nice rooms and relaxed vibe. Staff member Marta was quick to resolve any problems,quick and helpful to provide information and any help required. Special thankyou to you Marta - from Julian an Bernie

No coffee for percolator. No TV for one night, as gave to neighbour foe soccer's there's was broken, but gave on the next day

Too much rural rooms, moisture and dark. We experienced bugs in rooms and even wild pigs in the garden (no fence).

Beautiful location with a great view! Great terrace and garden. The staff was very kind and helpful! The apartment we were in had lots of facilities. It had a washing machine and a dishwasher too. The location has an included free parking and by car it's less than 15 minutes away from the city centre of La Spezia and slightly more from Portovenere.

The only kind of bad thing for us was the WiFi, which was present but pretty slow. In the end it wasn't a big issue for us, as it was working anyway, but it might be for other people.

The view to La Spezia harbour is Outstanding. A nice garden surrounds the rooms. The room itself is confortable and also the bed

The lack of facilities and service. There is a basic kitchen together with the bedroom, but no breakfast table. There are tables outside but obviously can be used only in good wether. The number of parking places in the property is not enough The bathroom and shower are small

The view

In general everything was good except the distante to the centre/central station announced as 1.9km (therefore suitable to go walking) but in reality is is almost 5 km. I had to pay for parking near dwntown to take the train to Cinque Terre. It increased the daily cost by +15 euros a day

Quiet with a great view. Comfortable bed and good heating system. Plenty of parking. Rustic feel. Good water pressure in shower. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Poorly supplied - lacked some basics like plenty of toilet rolls, salt and pepper, oil, extra rubbish bags etc. A microwave would have been appreciated. Shower was small - a tight squeeze if you are a larger person.
