No proper lobby for cars to unload Staff are very non cooperative Staff lying No room service due to shortage of cylinders. This was communicated very rudely

The location of the property is good and convenient to reach. It is very difficult to respond to this. The food quality and taste was good. Parking was conveneint.

The quality of the breakfast was not upto the standard. The staff were not attentive and were not forthcoming. The options were limited compared to a four star hotel. The dinner was in open with lots of insects flying here and there and also on the dinning table. We did request to have our dinning in the restaurant but they plainly denied. Cats were moving which scared my family members. The checkin experience was equally bad. Air Condictioning of one of the alloted rooms was not functioning well. When we requested to change the same, it took them 45 minutes and repeated requests. After chaning the rooms, one of the room's lock was not working. The dustbeans in the rooms were rusted...hygiene was not upto the mark.

Bathroom was bad all the bathroom fixtures, fittings hardware were really horrible not good . Very bad actually
