"Excellent !"

This is an excellent facility, room is spacious with modern upgrades. Staff is very courteous, kind and helpful. Restaurant food is very good tasting and staff service is very prompt. Overall, facility, staff and service are all 5*, would love to come back again. We strongly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mysore.

nothing was likeable

everything right from staff behavior which was totally callous to cleanliness...dirty floors, full of mosquitoes, stray cats near the kitchen, we were kept waiting for eternity. Right from the time of booking, they started calling if we would be arriving, if the booking is confirmed etc. Totally unprofessional. Even though I booked for 2 nights, checked out after just one. Food quality was pathetic. Some bizarre gravy with pieces of vegetables visible.

Room was spacious. Food was good

Starting from staff to service everything is subpar. Doesn't make sense to drive from bangalore for this below average place. And if you are travelling with a toddler, pls dont bother. They dont have room service. Food is available only in particular slots from an extremely small menu. It takes an hour ( not kidding) to get any order. N no complaints are answered to front desk. The out door games area has nothing. Bathrooms but no ball, rackets without cork. Overall a very small property, dont be fooled by the images.
