I stayed at USense for two days. I always use disposable adhesive toilet seat covers during hotel stays. These single-piece adhesive covers were purchased from Miniso in China. I used the same product during my previous three-day stay in a hotel in Barcelona, as well as in numerous hotels back in China, and there was never any permanent glue residue left behind. When the hotel contacted me about this issue, I suggested that the glue residue could be easily removed with alcohol or a hair dryer. The leftover adhesive is not damage to the toilet seat at all, so I find their request to replace the entire toilet seat unreasonable. The problem can be solved with simple cleaning, yet they insist on a full replacement. What’s more, they did not provide any relevant photos of the supposed residue during our conversation this afternoon. I’m concerned that they may deduct money from my deposit without justification.

Check-in işlemi dünyanın her yerinde 13:00’dır, en geç 14:00’dır. Hayatımda ilk kez 16:00 check-in saati ile karşılaştım ve daha erken odaya geçmek istersem 30 euro talep edildiğini gördüm. İnanılmaz saçma bir uygulama. Koca binada valiz koyacak bir oda olmaması da ayrıca kabul edilebilir bir hizmet değil. Bununla birlikte valiz bırakmak istediğimizde kişi başına 5 euro talep edildi. Basit bir otelcilik geleneğine dahi sahip değiller. Çok daha iyi ve kurumsal otelleri tercih edin, böyle şeylerle uğraşmayın.
