La struttura non offre alcun servizio aggiuntivo. Richiedono 5€ per ogni bagaglio se si arriva prima del check-in e si desidera lasciarlo in deposito, e altri 5€ a bagaglio dopo il check-out. Inoltre, ho chiesto semplicemente di poter utilizzare il bagno mentre aspettavo che la camera fosse pronta, ma mi è stato risposto di andare da Starbucks . Trovo assurdo che una struttura ricettiva non metta a disposizione nemmeno un bagno per gli ospiti prima del check-in. Esperienza poco accogliente e attenzione al cliente praticamente inesistente.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit 2 Räumen und 2‘Bädern. Alles sehr modern und neu. Alles das sogar Kaffekapseln für den ersten Morgen
Leider konnte man im zweiten Stock den Verkehr etwas hören, da nur ein Zimmer Holzverkleidung vor den Fenstern hatte.

The location was amazing. It’s close to everything! Room had everything we needed (washing/dryer machine, blow dryer, and iron).

Because the hotel is in a restricted zone, catching our transportation to our next destination was a 5 or 6 block schlep.
