Pet friendly 2BR near station by Asquare Letting

The property was in a great location, it was very clean, a lovely apartment with everything you needed, coffee maker and toiletries in the bathroom. Check in and out was really smooth and easy. The building itself is nice and a grass area outside which was handy for dog and bins there also, I had a lovely stay.

To improve the experience I would recommend, 2 towels per person, a woman needs 2 towels, especially if hair is long. The bedding was not good, pillows flat and duvet thin, the beds were too soft for me but that is my preference, I didn’t sleep well, no noise though was quiet there, The sofa is not comfortable, a corner one would be perfect there. I would have given 10/10 for everything if these aspects were upgraded.

I suggest they arrange a saftey box inside the apartment

Il prezzo è piuttosto elevato, probabilmente dovuto alla presenza del concerto degli Oasis. Il letto della seconda camera è piccolo per due persone.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is exactly the same of the pictures shown in the booking.com. The price is reasonable. We liked to stay in the apartment longer.

Really upset at the fact the link would not work to pay the security deposit of the refundable £250 instead the only link thay would work was the £50 non refundable link and I had no other choice to pay that as they wouldnt release the address unless one security deposit option was chosen and paid, we left the apartment spotless as we always do but I feel scammed abit due to the link not working and being out an extra £50 ontop of the money we paid to rent the apartment

This apartment is in a great location, just 10 mins from the city centre with supermarkets and cafes near by. Check in and out was easy with all guides via the Asquare website. Apartment is in superb condition, very clean with all the facilities and amenties needed.

One thing to be aware of is the noise policy in place, rightly so for the residence in the block. The policy asks you to respect the quiet time between 10pm-7am, unfortunately, just having conversations and a radio on not particularly loud, an automated ‘noise complain’ was issued at 15:30. A final eviction notice was received 1 hour later via email (which isn’t regularly looked at and could have been easily been missed) even though no policy rules were broken. We disputed this, with the response reminding us of the quiet hours 10pm-7am, and the final notice was revoked at 17:00! Again on our last night, another noise complain was issued, just with our group talking at 8:30pm. On all occasions, not only were automated emails receive from property management but also via the booking.com. As you can imagine receiving several emails, one after the other in a short succession threatening an eviction over normal noise during the day was, intimidating to say the least. If the decibel monitor is set that low and triggered by people talking in an apartment with wooden floors-which elevates noise, maybe this property shouldn’t be a rental and definitely not one to book for small groups of people.
