Everything was terrible. From the check-in - even though my check-in time was confirmed, I had to wait almost an hour out on the street. Then it turned out that the “free parking (1 per room)” mentioned in the booking description was actually just public street parking that you have to find yourself — completely misleading information. The “queen room” also turned out to be a tiny apartment shared with two young people at next door (always open) and three cats living under the bed - again, misleading, since there was no mention of animals in the booking description. Even when you put the cats outside, they come back through the windows and hide under the bed again. The apartment was tiny, cluttered with personal belongings everywhere - in the kitchen, balcony, and bathroom - and not clean at all. The worst part was the strong, unpleasant smell throughout the apartment and the room. It was hard to breathe, and even buying an air freshener didn’t help much. There was no privacy at all. The host was quite annoying, constantly messaging reminders like “please turn off the lights,” "be quiet" or “lock the door fully with 2 keys rotation" even if you just go downstairs for your luggage, because of the cats. The inner yard view was also terrible. We tried to spend as little time there as possible and only came back to sleep. I’ve been an active traveler for many years, and this was by far my worst 2-day stay. Such a property should not be rented out at all. I would request a refund, but since there’s no such option on Booking, I’ll dispute the transaction with my bank under the reason “service not as described” if the host refuses to refund at least half after reading this review. No Parking, No patio, No air Conditioning, No balcony, No private kitchen as described - all this misleading and faked information by host

До центра на автобусе 5 остановок, хозяин быстро отвечал, бесконтактное заселение. Есть кухня. Это комната в квартире. Остановка рядом.

Было не очень чисто. В квартире живут 2 кошки, которые хотели забежать в комнату. Про это никто не писал.

I highly appreciate how the owner does his best to make you feel at home. Cats are an added value too :).

Nothing. Obviously you have to keep in mind you are renting a room into somebody else's house, not a 5-star hotel experience!

La habitación bien, cama bien

Nos mintió poniendo parking gratuito y cuando llamamos para que nos dijera dónde era el parking , nos dijo que por la calla y su calle no tiene zona de aparcamiento ...se refería a qué aparcamos por Valencia en general......No pone que tiene 3 gatos y mi pareja y yo somos, por desgracia, alérgicos con lo que fue muy incómodo.....El sábado por la mañana a las 09:45 nos despertó a voces haciendo una videollamada que duró más de una hora ..y no sé cuándo terminó porque nos fuimos fuera a desayunar porque allí no se podía estar....El domingo por la mañana, a las 08:50, y sé las horas porque NOS DESPERTÓ, para poner la guinda, nos despertó con LA MUSICA A TODO VOLUMEN y se puso a limpiar la cocina dando golpes a todo.....Excepto la habitación, el baño y la cocina están sucios....Lo peor, la caradura del anfitrión.

Es la casa compartida de dos chicos y tiene tres gatitos Amables Buena localización

No me gustan los gatos y había 3 sueltos en una casa pequeña
