I went the my booking was comfirmed by booking.com when I got there they made me to go up and telling me that they are different businesses and they cannot see my booking and that they told booking.com to cancel because that is not their price and that they cannot give me the room and I was travelling with a 1 year old baby the staff in management where so rude to me and the manager himself he told me that I should speak to booking.com because my money is taken by booking and not by them. I tried telling them that I am a customer and I know nothing about your relationship with booking.com all I know it’s that you will get the money after few days. Even now I am still waiting for my money to be refunded and that was my last money and I was supposed to write the following day and I couldn’t write my exam because of those people together with you booking.com. Ans when I tried to call as he suggested I was speaking with the Ai robots while this was a serious situation.
