Great location and roomy apartment with everything you need for a short stay.

The garden and entry area probably needs a good tidy up.

Presented to a high standard, very comfortable bed and bedding, excellent location, permit parking right outside the property. Although the apartment is in the basement we still enjoyed our breakfast in the lounge/kitchen seating area with the sun shining in.

Wi fi unreliable.

Excellent little apartment. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to the centre of York. Street parking permit outside the property was easy to arrange with the host (£10/night).

The heating wasn't great and started off really cold, but a fan heater was provided which helped.

The lockbox would not open, thank goodness a cleaner arrived at that moment and sorted us. And we were sent the security code at the last minute. The furniture was very cheap and flimsy. And the kitchen equipment was totally inadequate for self-contained.

Location, modern style, very clean, hosts were responsive.

The wifi let us down -- should be improved. The flat was stone cold on arrival.

The property was well presented and there were no shocks on arrival. The property owner was more than helpful ensuring we knew how to access the property and sorted parking tickets on our behalf on arrival.
