Parking was a but tricky, too tight for a bigger vehicle

The overall experience was nice

On my booking.com details I specifically chosed late check in 5 pm and states there 6 pm check out the next day. But was not informed before hand even on the chatbox that even if you had late check in you will have to still check out at 12 noon. It must be best to confirm it to guest for transparency. As for me as a guest I usually will stick to the information provided. But I was informed the next day after we checked in around 7 am. Next time it should be an FYI before booking.

The pool

1. the guest were not entertained immediately because the bookings were not relayed to the personal in charge(eg. Security guards) resulting for the guest to wait almost an hour to get to their room. 2. No internet connection as it is supposed to be included in the package.

We stayed at Unit 3505, 2 bed rooms: 1 queen sized bed and 1 double deck and each have an AC that are working really well. Our stay was really Comfortable and I would really love to go back and rest. I was under the impression that the transportation will be really bad but it’s not, it was quite easy. The San remo as a whole was really nice and beautiful.

The cabinet in the CR and our room needs to be fixed.
