The location and the lack of guidance on the property. Kinda lost for few minutes where to park and enter. No detailed guide.

The position, but the bad is very cheap the cleaning Avery 3 days is not good enough for the money I pay the tv was a pain WiFi not working , The kitchen was just minimum, the main think like the bed the mattress Was very bad and the system to bring friends was Avery time to register

The room..it wasn't clean and the door lock is broken, first time I've encountered no free drinking water ,no free soap and shampoo.

The bathroom has smell. They could at least put a deodorizer or maintain a spray inside. It was the first thing my kids notice. Their first question when they used the bathroom was, "what's that smell?"

Issues from the start upon arrival, the booking listing picture showed 2 bedrooms but was only 1 upon arrival, the site should be more clear on the different options and only show relevant images to the individual apartment. We were moved but at additional cost. The main living area then had no air-conditioning. The room was small but adequate although but the couch was super uncomfortable. No bedding for 1 of the rooms and only 2 towels between the 4 people staying. Upon checkout there was an attempt to charge for a missing plate...no inventory was taken in our presence when we arrived, we just had to take there word on this, we ate out every night and knew we hadn't used...bit of an uncomfortable moment tainting the stay there even more. We would not choose to stay again
